Executive Director - Finance

Ade has over 12 years of experience in the Energy Sector mainly in West Africa. He started his career as a Senior Accounts Executive for UK Investment firm Inter-Alliance Plc. Ade sits on the board of Guarantee Petroleum – owner of the OML 95 oil bloc in Nigeria. He also sits on the board of real estate firms, Seaview Investments Limited. Seaview Investments Limited is the owner of Beachland Estate, a 600-acre property development mainly tenanted by international companies – Siemens and Julius Berger.
Ade continues to maintain a keen interest as an avid investor in the financial markets particularly oil & gas linked operations.
He holds a BA (Economics) and an MSc in Financial Management from a leading UK University.

Executive Director - Operations

With over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Ayomide has worked with 21st Century Technologies as a Network Manager saddled with the responsibility for taking care of the then-revolutionary fiber optic cable network.
As the pioneer Production Manager of Airtel Cards Limited (the first Nigerian-owned scratch card manufacturing company), Ayomide was involved in the setup and running of the scratch-card printing factory capable of producing 30 million cards monthly. He rose to become Operations Director.
Ayomide also sits on the board of Engineering and Allied Limited, an engineering company specializing in procurement with clients such as Cadbury Nigeria Limited and Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Ayomide holds a BEng (Mechanical Engineering) and an MSc (Distributed Computer Systems) from leading UK Universities. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Professional.
